With the Lions already having secured the League in a game the day before against the Kings,
this was thankfully a much more relaxed affair.
The game started off fairly even, with some good shooting from both teams. The Lions took a small lead into the half, and then slowly extended this over the last 2 quarters.
The game finished with a 23 point win for the Lions, and was a fitting end to a successfully season.

League, but it was always going to be a tough game again the Kings.
The game started fairly even, with nothing between the teams at the end of the first quarter. The Lions upped their game in the 2nd and took out a small lead going into the half.
The Lions clearly wanted it more, and with another push early in the 3rd quarter, the Kings heads went down, and the Lions pushed ahead.

After coming off back-to-back losses, the Lions came out strong taking the 1st quarter 19-12.
Unfortunately the team's offensive woes from the last two games started to creep in again during
the 2nd quarter, which resulted in Blaze taking a 1 point lead into the half.
The 3rd quarter was tied 14-14, and so the Blaze carried their 1 point lead into the final quarter.
This is when the Lions finally came to life, and with some clutch free throwing shooting and some key steals towards the end, the Lions took the final quarter...

The Lions offense started slow, and it unfortunately set a trend for the rest of the game.
The Lions defense held up and kept us in it for the first half, taking a small lead into the break.
The 3rd quarter started much the same as the 1st, with the team struggling to get any offensive flow. This allowed the Spartans to come back and eventually take a slim lead late in the game.
