Wednesday:
- 18:30 - 20:00 hrs Edinburgh Lions Ladies
- 20:00 - 21:30 hrs Edinburgh Lions Men
Kit:
- White/light top
- Black/dark top
- Indoor training shoes
- Water
Please Remember:
- Allow yourself plenty of time to prepare prior to session.
- Changing facilities are available on site.
- A warm up is incorporated into the session.
