WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING SPONSORSHIP - PLEASE CONTACT US IF THIS INTERESTS YOU: Sponsorship of our club would benefit your business in a number of ways, including: 1.        Kit Branding We would be happy to brand our club kit with your name and logo in a mutually agreed design. We would need to secure sponsorship for at least two years to allow branding on our playing kit.  We will also be buying more merchandise such as t-shirts and tracksuits for the teams, which would provide more opportunities for your logo to be worn outside of the basketball arena. 2.        Naming Rights Our club would consider incorporating our sponsor's company name into either the club name or one of our teams' names. As our club grows and continues to receive greater recognition, this would offer more and more exposure for your brand. 3.        Website and newsletter advertising (www.edinburghlions.com) As you can see the Edinburgh Lions have a very successful website which is regularly updated and is currently the first site listed when "Edinburgh basketball" is searched through Google and other search engines.  Our website has been extremely useful in attracting interest in the club, particularly in recruiting new members, and we would of course offer advertising space and links from our website and in our regular email newsletter. 4.        Banner advertising The club currently enters men's and women's teams into the Lothian League, Scottish Cup, Chairman's Cup and Lothian Cup, as well as pre-season tournaments. Men's league games are currently played at a central venue, Westwoods Health Club, and our home venue for all other games is Leith Academy. All of our games could provide great opportunities for exposure through banner advertising. 5.        Other advertising Edinburgh Lions is a very social club and we regularly organise events within the club. For example, we will are planning on undertaking at least one tour to Europe this year, as well as organising fund-raising events for the club such as pub quizzes. In any if these events, we would work with you to the best possible exposure for your business. 6.        Patronage by club members If you were to consider sponsoring our club, we could also discuss ways in which Edinburgh Lions Basketball Club members could be encouraged to use your facilities.  We would like to hold club meetings and social events with you, and meet there regularly after games, all of which could bring significant business to you. Our club would consider any amount of sponsorship and for any duration, and we could discuss these areas in further detail if you are interested.
